On Saturday afternoon Nairobi police arrested Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria over hate speech allegations.He is expected to be charged in court.
Reports reaching the star indicate that Kuria was arrested as he went about his unofficial duties along Moi avenue.
Following a Facebook post by the MP, barely hours after the presidential election outcome was annulled by the supreme court, angry moses Kuria Wrote that Kiambu people are on a serious manhunt for the 70,000 People who voted Raila in Kiambu.
With bitterness, NASA supporters reacted fiercely calling upom the NCIC boss, Francis Ole Kaparo to take action on Moses Kuria.
Kuria is notorious with controversy, last year was among eight legislators who were arrested and detained for four days over hate speech.
The flamboyant politicians, Johnstone Muthama, Mohamed Junet, Timothy Bosire, junet mohamed, Kimani Ngunjiri, Ferdinand Waititu, Aisha Jumwa and Florence Mutua, were arrested and kept in police cells for four days until when they were later released on bond.
